Share Holder must not create more than one account per person, nor may they create more than one account per household. A "household" is defined as a single dwelling (including basements, attics, extensions, etc). Should a user be a member of more than one household, he/she must be the only WellGrowShares Holder in each of those households.
Share Holder must not create more than one account per computer or internet connection.
Share Holder must log in and use WellGrowShares on their own personal computer and internet connection only. The use of WellGrowShares account on a public or shared computer, or public internet connection is grounds for disqualification. You may not access your WellGrowShares account on the same computer or internet connection as your referrer, referral, or any other Share Holder. Violation of this term may be considered grounds for disqualification of any and all users involved.
Share Holders must not use a proxy or otherwise attempt to mask or reroute their connection.
WellGrowShares.com is not responsible or liable for any damages, losses and costs resulting from any violation of the conditions and terms and/or use of our website by a member. You guarantee to WellGrowShares.com that you will not use this site in any illegal way and you agree to respect your local, national and international laws.
Don't post bad vote on Public Forums without contacting the administrator of our program FIRST. Maybe there was a technical problem with your transaction/portfolio, so please always CLEAR the thing with the administrator.

You acknowledge and accept the fact that we reserve the right to close any account without prior notice if we find violation of any of the terms of our User Agreement by any of our users.
In no event shall WellGrowShares be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, punitive or other damages whatsoever ( including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption or loss of business information ), arising out of or in connection with the availability, performance or use of the information contained on this website, even if WellGrowShares, Co. has been advised of the possibilities of such damages.
